A SILENT MAP OF NOWHERE

Acrylic on cradled panel

Sometimes the world gets so loud, you can’t hear your own thoughts. This piece started with that feeling—the hum of the city, the clutter of daily life, and the quiet urge to retreat inward.

A Silent Map of Nowhere is about finding space in that noise. Not physical space, but emotional space. A mental back alley, a blank corner, a quiet pulse under everything. The soft colors and messy layers are like memories half-formed, or thoughts you didn’t know you had until you saw them.

It’s not a map that leads anywhere. It’s more like something you feel your way through.
